Updates and improvements to this project included new mechanical systems, bathrooms, kitchen upgrades, new windows and an elevator, along with the reconfiguration of interior spaces.
Porches were rebuilt, and new dormers added at the third level porch. The construction of a new pedestrian bridge at the the northeast end of the building allowed for improved accessibility.
