The $3.4 million construction included new infrastructure improvements such as; a new 4-pipe mechanical system, bathrooms, new windows, new commercial kitchen equipment, fire suppression system and a fire stair.

Architecturally, porches were added on the exterior and interior spaces were reconfigured to allow for ease of circulation, daylighting, and to encourage interaction among the 55 members. Casual lounges were added. The dining hall was demolished and rebuilt as a two story vaulted space which is overlooked by a second-story lounge.
