Project Statement

This new residence was designed for a family whose house was completely destroyed by fire.

The owners wanted a large family room and tried to recreate their recently remodeled kitchen.

Two screened porches, a study and master suite are also on the main floor.

The sloping site allowed for a garage to be tucked below the master suite.

The second floor is composed of bedrooms and a common sitting area for grown children and guests.

The exterior is a combination of brick and hardi board to blend with other existing homes on the cul de sac.
